Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern all visitors to our website and every player who registers with Cranbrook Casino. They take effect when your account is opened and remain in force until it is closed. Please read them in full before your first deposit.

Your acceptance of these terms

Each time you open an account, log in or place a wager, you accept these Terms of Use along with the pages they link to: our Promotion Terms, How We Handle Your Data, Cookies and Tracking, Player Protection, Identity Checks and Protecting Minors. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using your account.

Updates to these terms

These terms are revised when the law changes, when we launch new products or when we change how the casino operates. Every updated version appears on this page together with its revision date.

We will email you before any change that affects your rights or your balance comes into effect. Continuing to play after it applies means you accept the new version. If you disagree with it, ask us to close your account and pay out your available balance.

Raising a complaint

To make a complaint, email [email protected] using the email address linked to your account, and include these details:

  • your username;
  • the event's date and time;
  • the relevant game or transaction;
  • the outcome you are seeking.

Screenshots help us look into the matter quickly.

A member of our team will acknowledge your complaint and verify the facts against our game and transaction records. We then reply with the decision and the reasoning behind it. If something is missing, we will specify exactly what is required. Any disputed outcome is decided by our recorded game rounds and payment logs.

Respecting our content

We, or the game studios and partners that allow us to use them, own the Cranbrook Casino name, logo, website design, text and graphics. You may use this material only for playing on our site, for personal and non-commercial purposes. Copying, framing, scraping or reselling any of it requires our written permission.

Playing fairly

So that every member gets a fair game, we prohibit the following:

  • using bots, scripts or other software that plays or analyses games on your behalf;
  • working together with other players to share information or fix outcomes in Live Casino or any other game;
  • exploiting software errors or faults instead of reporting them to us;
  • using another person's identity or payment method, or letting anyone else access your account;
  • using a VPN or comparable tool to conceal where you are;
  • depositing money obtained through crime, or moving funds through the casino without genuine play.

Where we detect such conduct, we may void the stakes and winnings involved and hold back the related balance. If the law requires it, we may also close the account and notify the appropriate authorities.

Limiting our liability

The casino is offered in its current form at the time you play. We cannot promise that the site will operate without interruption.

We accept no liability for losses caused by:

  • your device or internet connection;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
  • a breach of these terms by you.

For any claim, our liability is capped at the value of the disputed stake or transaction. This cap does not apply where the law prohibits it, for example fraud or gross negligence by us.

Account registration

Only one Cranbrook Casino account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts are closed, whether opened accidentally or deliberately, and any bonuses claimed through them are removed.

Provide accurate details when you register and keep them up to date. We verify them against the documents listed on our Identity Checks page. Your identity and location must be confirmed before any deposit is accepted.

Your username and password are for your use only, so keep them secure. If you think another person may have accessed your account, email [email protected] straight away.

Claiming bonuses

The welcome offer, every offer in Promotions and Cranbrook Rewards all run under our Promotion Terms. Those terms set out wagering, eligible games, stake caps and expiry, and they form part of this agreement.

Moving money

All accounts are held in Canadian dollars (CAD), and every deposit, stake, winning and withdrawal is settled in CAD.

Deposits: the minimum deposit is C$10. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Online Banking / Trustly, Instadebit, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, Payz (ecoPayz), Flexepin and eCheck.

Withdrawals: you can withdraw through Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Apple Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, Instadebit and Payz (ecoPayz).

  • Interac and eCheck withdrawals have a minimum of C$100.
  • The limits that apply to withdrawals are determined by your selected payment method and your account status.
  • After approval, the majority of withdrawals are paid in 1 to 4 hours. A bank wire may need as long as 12 hours.

We charge no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Every payment method you use must be registered in your name, and withdrawals are usually sent back to the method used for the deposit.

Playing our games

Every game in the Lobby, Live Casino and Jackpots shows its rules and payout information inside the game. Please read them before you play.

  • Lobby games use a random number generator, so every outcome is independent of previous rounds.
  • Live Casino games are run by real dealers at tables in dedicated studios and streamed to your screen. The result recorded by the studio system is the official one.

Any plays and payouts caused by a game, server or connection malfunction are void. If a round is interrupted, we restore it or refund the stake according to the game's records.

Applying the law

This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. We only accept players located where online play is lawful, and we comply with Canadian requirements on age verification, identity and anti-money laundering. Any dispute that our complaint process does not resolve may be brought before a court with jurisdiction over the matter.

Qualifying to play

You may open an account only if all of the following apply:

  • you are 19 years of age or older;
  • you are physically in Canada;
  • online casino play is permitted by the local law where you are.

While you play, geolocation checks confirm your location. Any account found to belong to a minor is closed and dealt with as described on our Protecting Minors page. Deposit limits, reality checks, cooling-off breaks and self-exclusion are covered on our Player Protection page.
