Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms cover every Cranbrook Casino member who claims a bonus, free spins, cashback or a reward. They take effect when you accept an offer and remain in force until that offer has been completed, has expired or has been withdrawn. They should be read together with our Terms of Use.

Following the general rules

Each offer in Promotions comes with its own offer details. These state the eligible games, the stake cap, any conversion limit and the expiry period. If the offer details differ from these terms, the offer details govern that offer.

You cannot withdraw a bonus balance as cash until its wagering is complete.

Besides the welcome offer, members can enjoy:

Avoiding bonus abuse

Our offers exist for genuine play, and the following is considered abuse:

opening several accounts, or using shared details, to receive the same offer repeatedly;
placing opposite or low-risk bets to clear wagering without real risk;
placing a stake higher than the maximum stated in the offer's terms;
paying with another person's payment method;
group play or software designed to exploit promotions.

If we identify abuse, we can cancel the bonus and all winnings derived from it, withdraw Reward Tokens and exclude the account from later promotions. Deposited funds are returned after any necessary checks are complete.

Staying within the stake cap

As long as wagering is still active on a deposit match, each stake must stay within the maximum stated in the offer's terms. Stakes over that limit are excluded from wagering, and winnings from those stakes may be voided. Check the limit before starting a game.

Eligibility for promotions

To join a promotion, an account holder must meet every condition below:

are 19 years of age or older;
are located in Canada, in a province or territory whose laws allow online casino gaming;
are fully verified under our Identity Checks page.

While you are self-excluded, on a cooling-off break or under an account restriction, offers are not available to you.

Availability also differs by province. In Ontario, advertising rules on incentives mean offers appear only after you register and sign in. In Alberta, bonuses are not promoted publicly.

One active bonus at a time

You can hold just one bonus with wagering in progress at any time. Another offer becomes available once the current bonus has been completed, has expired or has been cancelled. If you claim a second offer while the first is still active, it will not be credited to your balance.

Opting in

We never add an offer without your choice. To claim one, select it in Promotions or in the cashier before you deposit, and read its details first.

If you deposit without opting in, the deposit counts as cash and the match cannot be applied later. Every promotion is optional: you may decline any offer and play with cash only.

Meeting wagering requirements

The deposit match on the welcome offer must be wagered 25x the deposit amount before it can be withdrawn. How your stakes count:

Only stakes on eligible games count.
Each eligible game contributes to wagering at the percentage stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
Stakes on table games contribute just 8%, so they clear wagering far more slowly.
Games outside the eligible list do not count at all.

Your wagering progress appears in your account.

Converting bonus winnings

When wagering is finished, any bonus balance left is transferred to your cash balance. Where a conversion limit applies, it is stated in the offer's terms, and any amount over that limit is removed on conversion.

The 300 free spins in the welcome offer have no wagering requirement on winnings, which are paid as cash.

Watching expiry dates

Every bonus and every batch of free spins expires after a period stated in the offer's terms. At the end of that period, unused free spins are removed, along with any bonus balance that still has wagering outstanding.

If you cancel a bonus yourself, the bonus balance and any winnings still tied to it are removed. Your cash balance stays in your account.

Claiming the welcome offer

The welcome offer currently available is a C$600 Deposit Match and 300 Free Spins.

Wagering of 25x the deposit applies on qualifying games.
Wagering contributions from table games are 8%.

Changing these terms

We may change or cancel a promotion, or amend these terms, if legislation changes, if a game studio modifies a game or if we identify abuse. Such changes will not lower the value of a bonus you already hold with wagering still open, unless required by law or by a confirmed case of abuse.
